"Skanky TV Whore"

The "Sopranos" finale sucked.

HBO strung me along for 8 seasons and then dumped me like the skanky viewer I am. That's right: skanky. I'm a skanky TV whore who believes everything I'm fed: watch our series and we promise we'll love you in the morning - or at least by the finale.

We'll love you with a great script and incredible acting.

"Me love you long time!" HBO whispered in my ear.

My ass.

If you loved me - if you had any respect for me - if you didn't think I was some skanky TV whore, you would respect me and give me a finale worth waiting for, considering I gave my all to you during these past few years.

Well, I'm done being HBO's skank bucket. From now on, if anyone wants me to take off my viewing clothes for them, they're going to have to make a commitment. I want proposals - in writing. Tell me about the series and then tell me how you're going to end it. Otherwise, you're out of my bedroom.

It's bad enough we don't have an exit plan for Iraq - at least we can have a realistic exit plan for our TV series.
