"The Paris Plan"

Paris Hilton was ordered back to jail on Friday but because of her "medical condition", they actually took her to the medical ward at Twin Towers, an L.A. County jail facility. Reports are varied about her condition, but most indicate it's a psychological or psychiatric problem.

I have a few questions - and answers:

Question: When did Paris all of a sudden become nuts? She didn't seem crazy prior to going into jail?  She seemed fine at the MTV Movie Awards - the same evening she surrendered to authorities.

Answer: She became nuts in jail because it's icky there and that was part of her plan.

Question: We're being told she didn't have her "medication" in jail. Why not? Jails let you bring prescribed medicine in current prescription containers. Is she such an airhead she can't even remember to bring her medications that keep her from being NUTS? And if she forgot it, why didn't she ask her jailers to call Mommy to get it?

Answer: She didn't have her meds (if any were prescribed at all) because it's convenient when building a story.

Question: Some reporters have noted what a wreck Paris was in court Friday morning - shaking, crying, etc. Doesn't this prove she's mentally ill?

Answer: Does it? How hard is it to look like you're having a nervous breakdown? If YOUR freedom depended on a little acting, could you pull it off?

Whether or not Paris Hilton should have received the amount of time in jail compared to similar cases is one thing.  Maybe the judge was harsh on her, maybe he wasn't.  But, the woman was sentenced to serve time behind bars and she should have to pay for her legal infractions. Anyone else would have no recourse.

People were outraged when Paris was released to home detention because the public isn't stupid: this whole thing stinks because it is so transparent!

My opinion?  I think she knew she was going to play the MENTAL card before she even checked in - and her family and doctors knew it, too.

Rich people don't go to jail - they hire people to plan a better strategy.
