I spend 4 hours-a-day speaking my mind on my radio show. Besides that, I write opinion pieces for Radio.about.com about the Radio industry and opinion pieces for this blog.

Is it any surprise I receive some hate mail?

Put it out there - no matter what you want to say - and I guarantee you someone will take offense to it - and let you know about it!

I'm really fine with that because as a free speech advocate, I understand it must to be a two-way street. But, I do want to make one request: if you're going to send me hate mail, please make it more fun. There is no reason why you can't hate me with a sense of humor!

Keeping your hatred light-hearted will reap personal benefits for you, too. For instance, if you have high blood pressure, it may help to keep it in check. If you are a stressed out person, my latest idea will no doubt alleviate some of that angst just as you hit the send button.
